WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN FOR THE SUMMIT? AND WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?
Check in for The Chic Summit is between 9:30am-10am on Wednesday November 1, at Sparkling Hill resort for ALL attendees. The Conference begins at 10am and has TWO ticket options.
For overnight (2 night, 2 days ‘full conference retreat package) room check in, is 11/1 from 3pm (onward). For Day only passes, check in is 9:30am-10am on 11/1 and then 10am on 11/2.
WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?
Yes! We have space for up to 100 full retreat attendees and up to 100 Day Pass attendees, once we are at capacity, there will be a waitlist to attend. Snag your tickets ASAP to receive our gifting package at check-in as a thank you for booking early!
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR PLANS CHANGE?
We welcome you to sell your ticket, however No refunds.
CAN I SELL MY TICKET?
Yes, you can sell your ticket up to 48 hours before the retreat. If you do, please notify us of the change, email: TheChicExperience.retreat@gmail.com
WHERE WILL THE EVENT BE HELD?
Sparkling Hill Resort + Spa. 888 Sparkling Pl, Vernon, BC located in the Okanagan Valley, a 20-minute drive from Vernon, BC and 30 minutes from the Kelowna International Airport.
DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING?
Yes. Valet parking is included in the cost, for all retreat/overnight attendees. For 2 day pass attendees, parking is included with self-park onsite. We recommend utilizing ride share services if possible.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DO I RECEIVE MORE THAN EVENTBRITE CONFIRMATION?
Yes. You will receive a ‘welcome package’ within 72 hours of your purchase. If not, please email: TheChicExperience.retreat@gmail.com
IS THE RETREAT FOR 19+ ONLY?
Yes, while The hotel requirement is 16+ we are happy to welcome 16+ to should you need for your room, however the event itself is 19+ age.
WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE INCLUDED?
Yes! All meals, snacks, and non-alcohol beverages are included. Also wine during happy hour for all attendees.
Please note, if you have any food allergies, we ask you reply to our welcome package email.
SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING?
Bring your personal belongings – luggage, swim suit, a great book, Bluetooth speakers to connect music in your room if you prefer, we even have a Chic Summit playlist for all guests. This is an all-inclusive conference retreat, we provide note books, pens, and more.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We have an exciting schedule planned, and we welcome you to wear clothes and shoes that you feel your best in. Wednesday and Thursday is a conference style event – business professional chic fashion! Wednesday evening is a dinner experience, dress up, feel your best (there is time to change).
